Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iForget mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is designed to help users track and manage personal recurring expenses, subscriptions, and savings. You must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the App only for lawful purposes

2. Premium Subscription

iForget offers an optional Premium subscription that unlocks additional features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time via iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions
• No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law
• A free trial, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends

All payments are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.

3. User Data and Privacy

Your data is securely stored using Firebase by Google. We handle your information according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and all activity under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and source code in the App are the property of db.apps or its licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App to develop a competing product

5. Limitations of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or access interruptions
• Errors in expense calculations or synchronization
• Any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App

Use the App at your own risk. We do not guarantee financial accuracy or offer professional financial advice.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or misuse of the App.

You may delete your account and data at any time by contacting us at db.mob.apps@gmail.com.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
